Took measurements multiple times while here in the home to make sure we were on point with the design. Designed my dream closet with me right then and there on our first appointment. Even mocked up a few different designs to ensure I was getting the most space and exactly what I wanted. Pricing was more than fair and love the white glove experience of just placing the order and a week later, they were here installing.   Alcove reached out to me within 24 hours of inquiring online. Few days later Jafar, the designer, came to my home to look at the space and help me design my closet. I liked the design so much I decided to do a second much smaller closet. The closet is made right here in NJ which I liked. I could have had it installed as soon as 10 days later so the turnaround time is outstanding.
  Rob came to install my closets at the time that was scheduled. He removed my old closet hardware and installed the new closets in 2.5 hours. AMAZING. He cleaned up all the mess as well.
